Founding Canine Advisory BoardLKM would not be where it is today without the love and support of our founding Canine Advisory Board. Known as The Grrrls, they kept us focused on what was important and made sure we stopped for a good long walk every day. Although they have both now gone to the Rainbow Bridge, we dedicate this site to them. Sierra the Dalmatian – Hal Leventhal’s energetic, creative, intelligent and athletic companion. Died at the age of 12 on November 22, 2003. Gladys the Basset – Benita Kline’s wise, witty, bossy and sometimes sarcastic canine advisor. Died at the age of 16 on January 18, 2001.
